recomendations, previou sintervies, transcripts, etct.) 7. do not allow questions until after inteview.
Evaluation: 1. rate eeach answer or use multiple scales. 2. use detailed anchored rating scales. 3. take detailed notes. 4. use multiple interviews. 5. use same interviewers for all applicants. 6. don't discuss candidates between interviews. 7. provide extensive interviewier trianing. 8. use statistical rather than clinical prediction to combine data (best types of structure in bold).
Candidates don't like: panel interviews, control of ancillary info, too long interviews with no prompting, and no questions.
