Could you tell me the meaning of the sentence?
Maybe he greatly surprises his friends?
=*=
Context:
"The person no one expected to get lit AF.
Cancer is amusing. You are typically the more home-bodied friend who doesn’t mind staying in and remaining to themselves or a small group. While being friendly and humorous, you are reserved. In everyday life, you are subtle, kind, and gentle which is why everyone gets confused when they see you out getting down and having a good time."

Shouldn't that be lower case: "lit af"? I gather it means "lit as fuck".

The young whippersnappers often write it AF. It's like NASA not scuba.

"Lit" meaning intoxicated is in our dictionary.
The vulgar slang term "...as fuck" is discussed here:
skinny AF, skinny as fuck--as fuck, in general.

I was sort of joking when I questioned the "correctness" of upper case AF.
I don't think there can be a standard way of writing this, though capitals are more "in your face" or emphatic.
